Some conditions can't wait for a referral, and we don't want them to. Our doctors perform a wide range of advanced surgical procedures right here at Foxmoor, so your pet gets care faster, from a team that already knows them.
- Soft tissue surgery — splenectomies, intestinal foreign body removal, stomach tacking, cystotomies for bladder stones, and perineal urethrostomies for blocked cats.
- Eye and skin procedures — cherry eye repair, entropion correction, enucleations, and removal of skin growths.
- Hernia repair and amputation — inguinal and umbilical hernia repairs, and digit or limb amputation when it's the kindest path forward.
- Gastropexy (stomach tacking) — certain breeds are prone to a life-threatening stomach twist called bloat. This procedure anchors the stomach in place to prevent it, and can be done preventively or alongside a spay/neuter.
For orthopedic surgery and other complex procedures, we partner with a visiting mobile surgeon so your pet can stay in a familiar place throughout.
Anesthesia and pain management
Every procedure is paired with dedicated anesthesia monitoring from our technicians and a pain management plan that starts before surgery and continues through recovery — so your pet goes home comfortable, not just closed up.
