- Contact form (Message Us). Your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message.
- Job application form (Careers/Apply). Your name, email address, an optional phone number, a cover note, and the résumé file you upload.
- Chat widget. The messages you type to our website assistant, tied to your visit by a small session cookie so the conversation continues across pages. If you ask to be connected with staff, the conversation and your contact details are forwarded to our team the same way a Message Us submission is.
- Automatically collected information. Your IP address (used to protect the forms above from spam/abuse), and standard analytics information about how you use the Site (pages viewed, general location, device/browser type) via Google Analytics. We also display a review feed on our homepage using a third-party widget (EmbedSocial), which may set its own cookies under its own privacy practices.
We do not knowingly collect information through the Site from children under 13.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to messages you send us and to process job applications.
- To operate and improve the chat widget, including escalating a conversation to our staff when you ask to speak with someone.
- To protect the Site and our forms from spam and abuse.
- To understand how visitors use the Site, so we can improve it.
- To send you the electronic communications described below.
We do not sell your personal information.
Email and Text Message Consent
By providing your phone number or email address on this Site, you agree that Foxmoor Animal Hospital may contact you electronically — including but not limited to email and SMS/text message — to respond to your inquiry or application, and for other informational or administrative purposes related to your interaction with our practice. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive electronic communications is not a condition of using our Site, applying for a position, or receiving any service from our practice. - SendGrid — delivers the emails we send in response to your messages and applications.
- Anthropic — processes the messages you send our chat widget in order to generate a reply.
- Google — Google Analytics (site usage statistics) and Google Places (the review count/rating shown on our Reviews page, which does not involve your personal information).
- EmbedSocial — displays a feed of our public reviews on the homepage.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Foxmoor Animal Hospital, our clients, or others.
Data Retention and Security
We retain messages and applications for our business and recordkeeping needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you give us, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your Choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw a consent described above, by contacting us using the information below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
